    1. My trips were not pleasant. I took those photos on the way to the Cancer Center when my father was dying, but I still thought the pictures were good and wanted to post them. It was definitely much different than any place I’ve ever been before!

        1. Thank you, I’m sorry for you as well. It is a bad way to go. My father was diagnosed and died 6 months later. It was very advanced before they found it.

          1. Wow my mother too! She thought she was having a heart attack and they told her cancer had speed every where. And gave her 6 months and she did almost to the day! My father on a different note died from alzimers. Now that was heart wrenching! It seems we have a lot in common. You have brought up some not so good feelings from the past bit it is nice to know I’m not the only one!

          2. Thank you Anne, your encouragement is a blessing. I hate to hear that about your father. My grandmother had Alzheimer’s, and it was not pleasant.

My dad was told that he would have about 2 years, but he only made it 6 months, so we were unprepared for it to happen that soon. I guess one can never be prepared, but there estimate was so far off!

I hope my blog is helpful to you, we all have to overcome our pasts as best we can =)
